I was having suffocation last night.and the next day this problem was resolve but today I reported tiny blood in my phlegm when I spit the phlgem 3 times...actually i did breathing yoga day before yesterday and after the harsh breathing yoga I am reporting this problem..I am 26 yers old please tell me why this happened.and I am feeling little suffocation still...but not that too much like last night

There are so many causes of blood in phlegm. If it occurs early in morning in first phlegm. Most likely upper airway is responsible. Other common cause of blood in phlegm bronchitis. Blood in phlegm should always needs to be evaluated urgently. So take pulmonologist opinion at the earliest
Blood in phlegm may be due to several causes, commonest being bronchitis. Antibiotic like Azithromycin 500mg once daily for 5 days. Review 10 days after completion of antibiotic course.
Blood in sputum had many reasons. But in your case may be due to some seasonal infections in the throat also. But it should be viewed cautiously. Need throat examination and chest X-ray if needs.
It may be because of overstraining or using too much effort to cough out the mucus.You are most likely having infection due to seasonal changes.
