Coughing with sputum
I have sinus problem.In recent times,After eating Chocolates ,Milk products and icecream ,Even strong aromatic smells makes me to cough with sputum,Feeling like cold symptoms like congestion in chest while breathing .I don't have any breathing problems.only after eating such cold products I get coughing.why I have these symptoms in recent years?

As we are progressing to 3.0 lockdown. And breathing is not a problems. Your having hypothyroidism so it’s pertinent of acquiring an allergy .
Next Steps
Avoid milk products,and cosmetics causing allergies.

You need to get evaluated for Asthma / Cough Variant Asthma. Need to do a pulmonary function test for the same. Asthma can be allergic and you can also do a skin prick allergy test for the same To see if you have any particular milk allergy or otherwise. Also asthma can present only as cough without breathing discomfort so an inhaler with the correct technique is the best way to solve this issue.
