Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi doctors when I check my spo2 by oxymeter it gives 99 for 10 to 15 seconds then drops to 90 88 levels I dont have any symptoms ,I dont have any breathing problem my heart rate came 68 and I am not on any medication so why spo2 drops

My father age is 58 and he is under medication of ( Azithromycin + montecope + vit C tablets ) and Grilinctus cough syrup a course for 5 days . His current body temperature is 98.6 F but it veries upto 100F during whole day. So as per family doctor suggestions he taken chest xray report and its report shown something " suspicious obliteration of left CP angle is seen " please find attached report . Rest he dont have any other symptoms like cold , joint pain ,testlessness or smellness . He just dont feel salt in the food can recognise the spicyness too . His oxymeter stats are also normal and ranges between ( 96 to 99 )

My elder brother is in army job, he just completed all the 15 quarantine days in an isolation ward in suspect to COVID 19. He had cough, fever and weakness for 1.5 week but after several tests he founded out to be COVID negative. Due to strictly rush duty schedule, he has to start his daily job even after he is not fully recovered from the weakness and has a weird breathing issue of getting a ugly smell of something like old phlegm while inhaling and exhaling and a feels like burden on lungs. Is it somewhere related to not getting enough rest time or something more serious is hidden? Please tell sir/madam ,

A couple of years back I used to smoke heavily and noticed difficulty in breathing after which I completely quit smoking. But, whenever I felt urge I would consume one cigarette and experience the same issue. Hence, for last one year I don't touch a single piece. But, the problem resurrects. Nowadays, I experience shortness of breath very frequently, like feel for a long deep breath. Upon hard work the problem increases, what should I do?

I'm obese male 39 yrs. 102 kg ht 5'11 inch. Alcoholic and smoker. Normal TMT, 2D Echo, Cholesterol etc. I exercise daily both strength training and cardio.At times I face hypoventilation.Is Ab Flo capsule advisable for this at times problem since 5 yrs.

Hi sir/mam., This is Akshay. My problem is while deep breathing, lungs gives more pain. I can't take a deep breath for about 15 to 20 min. I'm not sure whether it's the issue of lungs or heart. But in that place i feel more pain. Pain comes sometimes when i took deep breath. Hope you people give me a better solution. Thank you. Akshay.

I feel sudden breathlessness, body pain and weakness from past one month. All blood reports, chest CT scan, ecg and echo are normal.

Hello doctor I feel difficult to breathe sometimes like after my meals or some night times I am feeling like not getting enough air I if breathe deeply my back and upper chest tightness happen...this is not regular but sometimes I feel like this ...pls suggest me what is the problem?

I feel chest pain from last 3 months, I don't have any other symptoms. Pain is not extreme and mild one, I feel it only when I bend my body or inhale deeply..
