Chest & Breathing Problems

I was diagnosed with pneumonia in dec 2019. It was cured with 10 day course of antibiotics. For a month i dint had any cough. Later again cough persisted. If one day i have cough,the other day i will be completely alright. It is like this till today. Please advice what could be my condition.

Sometimes Wednesday morning, July 27, my husband felt uneasy as there was a gargling sound in his lower rib cage up until his throat that triggered him to cough forcefully. When he spits, with the thought that it was just a phlegm yet it was a red blood. And he said that he felt relieved from chest and lower rib cage pain when he spit blood that day as he'd just ignored the tolerable pains after lifting a heavy load from the past few days after the said day. Right now, he is just fine with occasional cough to clear throat but we've observed that he lost some weight again as way back 2015 he's been diagnosed with liver cirrhosis that compromised his wellbeing, but recovered and regain his health in a good body shape. My husband is an occasional smoker and drinker these past 13 months. He is also maintaining medications for his diabetes for almost half of his life. Our access to medical facilities are limited due to pandemic. Your assistance and expert advise is badly needed. Thank you.

I have been taking Telekast F (Montekulast) medicine for my allergies that flare up almost everyday. I have been feeling well after taking it. Is it safe to take Montek on an everyday basis? Does it have any serious side effects long term?

My brother has been tested for TB and is confirmed MDR-TB. I want to ask what tests will have to be done futher before starting the medication.

I have been taking seretide accuhaler (maintenance inhaler) everyday for the past 2 years. Recently I figured out that I am allergic to dust mites and by avoiding them I don't get asthma symptoms much. I also don't want to take inhaler because of possible side effects. Can you prescribe me what should I take if I get flare-ups? I am currently taking montekulast and AB phylline on alternate days. How long can I take it? Are inhalers really required?

Day before yesterday I was working out by putting my nephew on my back and trying to do pushups. After sometime, I started feeling pain in my lower back (left side). It stayed for a day but right now the pain is not there but from yesterday morning I am having pain in my chest (left side) Just between the chest and stomach. I am unable to breathe properly

I am feeling breathlessness quite often along with body aches and low grade fever. Did blood test, chest ct scan, ecg and echo everything is normal. Taken antibiotics as prescribed by doctor but no relief. Please advise.

Hello doctor please find attached chest CT scan report and tell me is it tuberculosis cure or not because I was diagnosed with extra pulmonary tuberculosis in August 2018 and taken Treatment 10months and currently I have sometime pain in left side so physicians suggest chest x-ray but report comes normal so he ordered for CT scan and due to lockdown clinic is closed so please check is it possible tuberculosis is relapse. Currently I don't have any symptoms of tuberculosis.
