Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello doctors, my mother is a diabetes type-2 nd thyroid patient since 5years .since last 15days she has cough which has led to ribs pain...we are desperately panic for her treatment since no doctor is ready to see her ...pls suggest me any test or medication...her diabetes doctor had suggested her mucinac 600 and diolin for nebulization...which is not effective either...pls help us and suggest us anything...my humble request .

Dear doctor, My dad is under treatment of pulmonary thrombo embolism for the past 1 year. He's checking pt inr test regularly and is taking acitrom tablets for blood flow. Recently due to some issues he shouted very loudly and he had blood coming from his throat, he had sore throat for 2 days and set ot right by taking hot water and turmeric milk.
