Chest & Breathing Problems

For last 12 Years he has been suffering from COPD especially at monsoon season. He have allergies in dust , pollen, aerosol ,rain , dry fruits etc. Please do suggest something to get rid off this Asthma permanently.

I m on medication for fungal (fluconzole 200 and Allegra) Thyronorm 50 Tryptomer 25 mg Gall bladder already removed 2 yrs back. Kindly help me .
