Chest & Breathing Problems

I am 23 year old male I am suffering from anxiety from 2 months from yeasterday I feel like I can't breath it happens to me sometime especially in evening I don't have fever,cough loss of taste etc I cheked on oxymeter it show 97 118 or 98 120 what to do when it happens

Doctor suggest duolin3 and budecort 0.5mg both mix at a time nebulizer this is use good for long term . Now he is use only asthalin rotocap Please suggest me . Thank you.

Dear Sir/ Mam I'm suffering from heaviness in breathing, gastric and sometimes shortness of breathing since one month. Earlier diagnosed with gastritis & vitamin D deficiency. LFT, KFT, THS, Sugar, GBP all are normal.  Feels Shortness of breath while using stairs.  In evening feels heaviness in breathing & discomfort, inflammation in chest, upper side of nose seems blocked and feels heavy. While taking a deep breath, it's feels incomplete. Stomach feels full.  BP is normal 82/110, SpO2 is 96-99. I'm non smoker, diagnosed with eosinophilia in early childhood, suffered with cough and cold and wheezing sound while breathing, till age of 24, on every change of season. Thanks & regards

My aunt is suffering with covid, her lungs are infected and she's under ventilator in a private hospital now. She doesn't have any other underlying conditions like sugar or high blood pressure but she has thyroid. I attached the report of HRCT scan. The doctors said that we'll keep her under ventilator for 5 days. Tell me if she's gonna be alright or not, how critical is this and is it curable or not.

Hello Sir, My father aged 60 has been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension. Though this is the early stage I want to know if there is a cure for this and should any specific medication to be followed to overcome the disease? Should he follow a diet plan? He finds difficult in breathing while speaking for a long time without gap. He does physical exercise regularly. Please advice for any care to be taken upfront.

My mother having chronic cough and diagnose OPD on foracort 200 inhaler, few days she used take inhaler once, now Using two to three times a day, wheezing increases we are giving nebulization with salbair .0.63mg. what to be done to control it? I think because of Rain and cold it's happening

Hello doctor, My fathef was diagnosed for COPD 3years back because of excessive smoking. At that time the doctors have asked him to continue inhalers (Tiova and Foracort) for COPD. But since then he is facing problem with difficulty in urination and excessive indigestion. 2 or 3 months before he started to see skin rashes over hands and wrist. Then i thought of looking for the inhalers and found that Tiova inhaler has side effects which has almost 70% of side effects which are matching with my fathers current major problems. Please suggest does he need to discontinue the inhalers. Many thanks in advance.
