Gastrointestinal-breathing & suffogation
20 Days before, suddenly I observed Shortness of breath from mouth and tightness in chest.
After that I did all the testing to diagnosed the cause and did CT scan chest, ECHO, PFT, Lipid Profile, CBC, Vidal Test, ECG and found all normal. After that I informed that this issue happened due to gastrointestinal disease and this is causing Shortness of breath and suffogation.
I am facing suffogation all the time and some time face difficulty from left side and some time right side.
If today I compare my condition with 20 days back, it has improved but still facing suffogation and breathing issue from mouth.
Some time it happened after eating.
I also did COVID 19 test and found negative.
Please suggest what to do

Lung Tuberculosis treatment .
Hello Doctor,
Currently my sister (age 20) is diagnosed with lung Tuberculosis currently from 1.5 months. As per the Symptoms currently she has severe cough which is not going even though she is under the medication. Doctor has told that she has lung cavities and 70% lung is damaged. Just wanted to ask for how long she will be having the severe cough. As she has severe cough everyday. In cough there is no blood, fever is controlled, she has started walking little, she is able to breath without oxygen mask but her cough is not going and it's very severe doctor. Could you please help us out regarding when her cough will go away? Or will at least reduce?

Chest discomfort,vague feeling,tightness
I am a 30 year male suffering from Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma. My main concern is chest tightness and feeling of discomfort which is more prominent while laying down. I am taking seroflo 250/25 but it isn't relieving chest tightness. I have undergone chest x ray, ecg and echocardiogram which were normal. While laying down for sleep, I cannot keep my body still and I have to constantly move my body here and there to relieve discomfort until I get sleep. Also, sometimes I wake up in the night suddenly with chest discomfort.
Could you suggest some other test i.e. CT scan chest, MRI chest or ultrasound chest or some other test to properly diagnose it? Which test will be more appropriate as chest x ray was normal?
