Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello , I have been suffering from anxiety and its somatic symptoms now since April. And i am having Shortness of breath as one of its persistent symptom. When i breathe in , I breathe in via my nose half normally... Later i feel.. I have to pull my chest up and  have to put a lot of effort to breath in.. There's little pain in the middle of the chest. Both side of chest where in you guys check with stethoscope.. it sometimes feels tight. However, when i lie down.. it is little ok.but not that much. I was never breathing like this. Please help me with this.

From last 2 days feeling lot of shortness of breath no other symptoms. While taking long breath all the parts in body having pinching pain.

Whether by taking MMR vaccine,, we  probably protect ourselves from severity of COVID Is It good enough for improvement in immunity against COVID If so both kids and adults or only adults can take Please reply

I take amlopres 5, alzolam 0.25, urimax d Nebuliser 0.63 levolin twice daily Sometimes nebulizer budecort 0.5 I have to take deriphylline 2 mg and decdan 1 mg inj when I have acute asthma attack sometimes Can I take decdan tablet when i feel asthmatic, what should be the power and frequency

I am facing issue of palpitations since last 10 days I further checked my ECG,Chest X-ray and Blood Reports (attached for reference) are normal. Palpitations sometimes occurred  to upper chest, the neck and jaw area which also hurt me lot. The major cause of the concern it leads to I lost my sleep. Feeling restlessness in the night during day time it's normal. Please assist me exact reason for higher palpitations.In the Blood report vit B12 and D deficiency and low Urine Potassium,Urea,MCV,MCH and neutrophils and Higher RBC, lymphocytes and Bilirubin direct(Liver test) are major observation. My SpO2 level range 92-99 and PRbpm in the range of 78-110. Thyroid,Lipid Profile,Liver Function, Glucose fasting, Urine routine and Kidney function test are normal.

I have chest pain for last 3 month with breathless and fevrish feeling my armpit temp between 98 to 98.6 Bodyache nose block headache ache weaknesses sore throat I'm always fevrish and chest pain Breathless My x-ray ,echo,ECG,tmt,trop I,cpk mb,mp,CBC,Widal is normal Also covid report is nagative Iam asthmatic and BP patients For asthma I use fomitide 400 BP metxl 25

Always feel unable to breath till lungs and also feel nose is blocked most of the time. Due to this feel congestion in chest sometimes. This is happening from last few months. It is also impacting my sleep as feel heavyness on head when I wake up also feel sleepy and drowsy throughout day. Plz suggest

Can I take deriphyllin tab. along with prednisolone tab? Whether any interacting side effect of these two?

I am feeling some cough / phelgm stucked in my throat and even nose which I am not able to clear and also some fatigue and due to this discomfort in breathing what it could I don't have any fever plz advice

Hi My father was tested positive for covid. he has no symptoms other than fever of 99-100c . It is one week the test was done.(corona test). As for safety precaution he was taken xray and the report shows Prominent branchovascular markings bilaterally.he is in quarantine now at his home town. What does that mean. What does this mean. And he is diabetic but it is under control.
