Chest & Breathing Problems

I get itching and dryness in throat especially during nights-accompanied with cough phlegm. While speaking also sometimes voice becomes hoarse. No pain in throat. Underwent tonsils operation when i was around10 yrs. This problem is there since 2-3 years. Don't know if it's Throat problem or associated with respiratory tract. I am vegetarian and take minimal oily/spicy foods. Dont smoke and drink. Please suggest suitable diagnosis and remedy.

Hello I have been having anxiety issues and having shortness of breath. I dont have any cough cold or fever When I inhale.. i feel im inhaling half.. And.. my chest feels a little tight. Area below my sternum is stiff And my sternum makes a cracking sound when i move at one place. Sometimes when i inhale...i have to make a lot of effort and pull it.. my stomach goes out.. And chest makes a cracking sound What might be the issue. I dont have any major medical issue as such. Please suggest as this is highly uncommon

I am suffering from Asthma and allergic rhinitis. I underwent reverse spirometry test and my FEV1/FVC was 81% and FEV1 was 71%. But, the values were still same after using bronchodilator inhaler i.e. no change. Is it serious? My chest X ray and blood tests were normal.

Admitted in ICU ward with oxygen support. Blood saturation 70%,without oxygen support. Lung plum thickened and not coming out. Under liquid diet. With oxygen support 98%,blood saturation. Whether it lead any complication?
