  4. Pain in the center of chest. Hurts alot.

Pain in the center of chest
Im experiencing pain in the center of the chest for sometime. Also there was once an issue that I could not get up from rest position as it pained so hard in the centre of the chest. Also whenever I took left and right moves then also it hurts alot.

Hello noted above history. As you mentioned above symptoms are could be due to either muscles sprain. , or gastric reflux problems and breathing problems
