Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello all doc, I have been facing anxiety and it's somatic symptoms since 3 months now. However , I don't have any fever , cough or cold. When i breath in , i feel my stomach/abdomen is making too much of effort and i can feel the breathing. The breathing is fast and shallow. I dont have any medical condition as such But this thing is giving me a lot of trouble Please can you suggest anything which can actually cure this. Thanks in advance.

I had corona on 22 june i discharged on 4 july after 2 week on 18 july i m.feeling shortness of breath while sitting as well as while walking. From past 8 days i am feeling this. Also i have diabetis and. My Diabetis is also on 340.please suggest what i need to do.

No fever,caugh,cold,sore throat,pulse85-90,spo2-98,pressure129/79feeling breathlessness for 3 days tight chest in the middle,can breath through nose but mild difficulty

Hi I am having rapid shallow breathing due to anxiety issues How do i cure it Its quite uncomfortable Unable to do my daily tasks. Sometimes have to pull in a lot and .. Generally we dont realise we are breathing but this breathing is abnormal Stomach goes out and i feel it Pls pls give some cure to it Ready to consult online.

From last 1 month, I have been experiencing pain during breathing. When I inhales oxygen , it seems not fully completed. I also feel some kind of pain in my throat. Experience yawning regularly.
