Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello sir I am experiencing nose block and chest tightness at night. This problem I am facing from 4 months It's not regularly but experiencing thrice in a wk ..and not able to sleep at night and I am taking thyroxine 125mcg

I get pains near my right chest and armpit frequently. And sometimes breathing issues too. Its happening since 2-3 months. And i take stress sometimes too. All my reports like CbP and X Ray are fine. What can be the issue?

I have taking frequently cigarette last 6 months . Now a days l feel chest pain . So I have been quite cigarette . I want Is there any lungs cancer symptoms in my body . Suggest me any specialist.
