Chest & Breathing Problems

Dear doctor My mother 63 year old having copd bronchitis from long years ago...now these days breathing difficulty happening ...I took her hospital and did xrya 2 time and doc says there is little swelling on lung ..and givien some injection nebuliser and discharge because she was ok in hospital saturation also ok on oxygen and bypap But when bring her home the problem came again ..at home I give her nebuliser duolin budacort ... still she has like consugtion on chest and thorot ..and when he breathing sounds coming from her throut ...her oxygen levels gone Down by 50/60 at home so bring oxygen saturation machine at home at give her supply..still not relief .. please doc suggest me medicine for a these problems at now at least she can be stable.. please doc I took her safdarjung hospital they didn't tell me in detail.. please doc help this poor man ...I did 2 online consultation on practo ..

I am using sanitizer to disinfect things because whenever I use sanitizer my nose gets block will it cause any breathing issue

Today I'm use arecort inhaler 1 st time but by mystical I'm consume 5 to 6 puff at time I'm not using perfectly inhaler Please what is the side effects. Overdose

I am suffering from dry cough from last 20..now it is increased more I am not able to sleep at night.my doctor took my chest x-ray and said my right lung got infected.. he gave me some tablets like paracetamol, citrizen, Amoxycilin to take morning and evening.it has been 15 days no improvements. Please sujjest me for further what I can do... I am unable to talk with my family also because of cough... please help me.

Dear doctor My mother 63 year old having copd bronchitis Having breathing difficulty and headache since 10 days I got her hospital and X ray report is fibrotic changes in rv2 ..rest is NAD AND ECG ALSO normal Doctor given her asthalin pump ...and at home she is on duolin and budacort nebuliser 3 time day and I given her foracort 400 pump which doc didn't suggest I given that because 200 puff not working Still she is having breathing difficulty and headache and today bp Also high 158/90 Oxygen between to 60 to 80 without oxygen supply and on oxygen 92( we have oxygen supply at home) Please Doc why she is having breathing difficulty because all medications available at home Please doc advise your valuable suggestions thanks

I get dry cough when I come into a cold environment or the temperature is low,during this time I feel little increase in heart rate and wheez what should I do?

Hello, My mother is ILD patient with heart issues & Type - II diabetic & is currently on oxygen support & Bipap. She was admitted in hospital in Jan 2020 & Apr 2020 for treatment... She is facing issue in shortness of breath from last few days specially having meals & is also having swelling in legs & palms and bloating stomach too... I did covid antibody igg ELISA test. Result is 0.95. is it normal or abnormal. I don't have any symptom in past. What these results means . Iy means that i have been contaminated in past. Shall I get the test to be done for my family members?
