Chest & Breathing Problems

Can my upper back muscle contributes in breathing. I feel hunger for air when i generally lean on wall near bed. This lead to tightening my upper back muscle and i feel like hunger for air. What should i do for this

Chest Congestion while walking, problem in breathing and frequent fatigue happens in the body, pain in legs while walking

Having bad  wet cough from last 7 days with breathing problems, no fever. Taken several antibiotics and antiallegric but did not help. Whenever I wake up from bed, or do some activity, cough starts. There is some sound coming while breathing, please suggest some medicine urgently

It is recommended that KN95 mask should not be washed to reuse it , so my question is if I buy  seven KN95 mask and use it roundly everyday . Then will it be right ??

Hello Doctor, I am 20 years old female. I have active pulmonary tuberculosis, it's been 1.5 months being under the treatment of the same. In the x ray, doctors told that 70% lung is damaged and I have large lung cavities. At present I am having severe cough(white color) at the very extreme level. I feel tired all the time, while standing I feel like sitting. During the walk or any physical activity makes me feel tired. I wanted to ask you, that since it's been 1.5 months for me under the treatment, should the severe cough might have gone by this time? Also will it be ever possible that my lung could come back in shape again with no cavities (normal the way it was earlier) ? Also I feel extreme tiredness, is it because of the anti tuberculosis medicine?

Im experiencing pain in the center of the chest for sometime. Also there was once an issue that I could not get up from rest position as it pained so hard in the centre of the chest. Also whenever I took left and right moves then also it hurts alot.

I am 32 year old and have shortness of Breath during the times when there is a mix of sun and rains. had been taking Himalaya's Bresol but it is not helping. Have been regularly checking with oximeter and the level is 99. Have got all the tests done and it is not asthma. Kindly suggest something
