  4. Pain in upper right abdomen. I do now.

Pain in upper right abdomen.
I feel painful when i breath or sneezes.I go to many doctor but nothing works, So i decided to go for USG and but found pleural effusion (300-400)ml.what should i do now...I am attaching my usg report..Please some one help me out.

Hi noted above history. As you have not mentioned any symptoms and history ? And pleural Effusion has many causes !
