Hi.. I understand your problems.. As you have quit for almost a month, there is a higher chance for you to come out of addiction.. Know your trigger and try to do something else during that time.. Create new habits.. Drink sips of water when you get the urge to smoke.. Stay positive! Stay Healthy!!
