When i sleep back position my chest becomes tightness and feels some pain on chest and its hard to sleep on back position and sometimes feels short breadth pliz help any tips to solve it

Hi Doctor TB Patient can sleep in AC Room..? Did he can take cold water and curd and coconut water. .?
