Use of cloth mask for my daughter
My daughter is 22 months old now. Can I start using cloth mask for us to when we take her out? Or any alternative solutions?
She is also very scared of new faces which almost ends in sleepless nights or continuous crying for hours? Should I be worried? Is it a case of social anxiety?

Alternative for Acebrophylin for Asthma
My grandfather takes Montek AB (Acebrophylin 200 MG + Montelukast 10 MG ) for last 3-4 years. He takes Montek AB at night every day . But in the morning he faces little bit cough which comes out of his mouth. At other time of the day, he occassionally faces the cough problem. Apart from that he faces breathing difficulty in winter. I want to know whether Montek AB can be continued for longer period of time in future as well ? Does Acebrophylin cause any harmful effect to heart ? If yes, then what will be the alternative ? Can N Acetylcystine be used as an alternative ? Or both N Acetylcystine and Acebrophylin work in almost similar way by thinning the mucas layer , thus facilities breathing.

Drainage in throat
On 24th April, I came positive for covid with mild symps. I took treatment for it and cured at home. Since then I feel some permanent mucus in between nose and throat wanting to clear only by swallow. Worsen at night. Drinking adequate water. If it is post covid issue, how long it will stay? Do dead viruses doing it? Then how to flush them out of the body?
