Chest & Breathing Problems

I am 32 year old and my weight is 115 kg.no smoke no Tabacco no alcohol.i am suffering in breathing issues last 2 month.sometimes can't take full breath and sometimes feeling suffocation.no fiver no cough.. attached some blood test report.. shortness of breath can be lung cancer in my age, please help me

I had covid 3 months back. Currently I am taking anxiety medicines as prescribed by doctor. I have an observation to share. My SPO2 ranges between 94-96 when resting or walking. When I take deep breathing, it goes 98-99. What could be the possible reason behind it? I understand when I take deep breath, more oxygen inhales but why it doesn't happen during normal breathing?

Helo doctor. Its regarding to choking . My co usin was having peanuts and that suddenly got stucked in his windpipe that made much difficulty in breathing. He wasn't able to breathe for a moment. And after coughing he was as fine. Breathing normally. But his concern is eventhough he is able to breathe properly, swallow properly he thinks whether the peanut has got stucked in his lungs and he is afraid whether that would cause pneumonia . So what are the suggestions ??? Do I need to get a scanning for that???
