Chest & Breathing Problems
Post covid... Oxygen therapy
My father was corona positive around 70 days Ago. He was hospitalized and on oxygen therapy at home because of low saturation levels. Now he is without oxygen support from past 13days and his spo2% levels are 94-97 mostly.Sometimes it is showing low(below 90 as well)also but not stable at that point. If we recheck within 5mins it is normal ie 94 and above. Now we're returning oxygen cylinder. Is there any chance if it falls low again and will be a problem?

Post covid recovery
My husband tested covid+ve on 19thl May. He was hospitalized on 24th May and he was on oxygen support from 29th May to 18th June. He discharged on 22nd June. Since 14 days he is on home isolation and he doesn't have any issues. His oxygen level is 96-98% while sitting and lying and after finishing breathing exercises his oxygen level is 94-96%. His oxygen level is fluctuating between these percentage its not constant. Is it ok? and another concern is his respiratory rate is 22-24 per minute but he doesn't have breathing issues. Is it normal? When will it get settled?

I have 7 oxiometer meter in house. I remains normal when it shows 98 but I get panic and cru when it shows 96-97 constant for more than minutes.
I am taking psychiatrist treatment and on medicine of paroxetine 25mg and clonotril from last two weeks. It control fear for few hours and then I return back to measuring sp02.
I am dieing slowly due to this...

Dry cough in cold air from last 2 months
I am having dry cough which is triggered with cold air( when i stay in A/C), it's been almost 2 months. Also i have mild pain in chest and sometimes feel like burning, it's mild but i can feel that!
I have consulted with doctors, they say it's a post covid. I was taking 2-2 puffs of foracourt 200 and it helped stopping the cough and i could sleep in AC. But as soon as I completed my 14 days course and stopped taking the inhaler, dry cough has come back, I don't really see any improvement in it! It's been 2 months my sleep has affected a lot due to stress and anxiety.
I am 32 and i had absolutely no health conditions before, infact i used to gym and was quite fit before the pandemic hit. I have done xray and ct scan two months ago nothing showed up, ct scan showed ct value zero. Oxygen level are 97-98, no shortness of breath.
Crp, cbc, d-dimer, full body checkup with 85 parameters. Everything seems to be normal in reports.
Can someone please suggest me how to get some relief?
