Chest & Breathing Problems

My mother is 61 years old bp patient. She is covid positive. On first three days no fever and only headache and body pain. On fourth day 102.6 degree fever came and on 7th day we did blood reports and ct scan. Fever is still there, her ct score came 10/25 with GGO and consolidation. LDH 376, Crp 23.94, d-dimer 506 spo2 96-97. What should be the treatment next? Steroid and blood thinner/ ramdesivir ? Should we admit her in hospital?

She had typhoid earlier but now her report came negative after taking 15 days medication for the same. And doctor said she was also corona positive with asymptomatic but now I want to take second opinion for my mother's report

I am feeling discomfort in breathing,initially took pantosec d gas tablet as suggested by doctor,also consulted pulmonologist,got chest x ray and ECG done and both the reports are normal,no issues found and no medications were prescribed,may you please advise if any medication is required

Hello, I recovered from Covid on 5 May'21. Post recovering I developed post covid symptoms such as shortness of breath & increased heartbeat. I tested for Lipid Profile & My cholesterol is high. Although, I'm feeling better now but my doctor has advised me to take medicines such as "Anleo-DSR, Korandil-5, Montek-AB, Vitoxy Plus, Rozavel-A" for 1 month. Can I take Covid vaccine while I'm on these medications? Thank you.

I was tested covid positive two months back and was in home quarantine and took prescribed medicine for 10 days Post recovery I was having mild chest pain at random places like sharp pain for a second I was seeing this pain decreasing gradually over the weeks, from yesterday night I'm feeling mild pain in right side diaphragm area when I do deep breath, lean down or forward, turning over during sleep I don't have cough or cold

Dear Dr's, I am working in overseas around 13years and travel 8 countries. In 2016 I went to Saudi and I took the same GAMCA test, it was cleared. In 2021, again I got an opportunity to work on Saudi and I took the same test but it got failed. The reason behind that is "Right apex and upper tone  infiltration" in my lungs . I have no history of TB in me and in my family. Six months before, I was working in Ethiopia in dust area (river bed). In the centre where I recently took medical test , they suggested me to consult DR and told me to take antibiotic tablets with heavy dose to remove the scars in my lungs. Kindly suggest me what I have to do further.

Recently my mother had her complete body checkup . Her chest x Ray report shows *Small calcified nodules are seen in right middle zone as well as in right apical region? Sequelae of tuberculosis. Only this is highlighted are everything appears normal.
