Which type of TB patient can be infected with MDR TB?? Is there any investigation or test?? Possible Causes for mdr tb ?

Hi there, I had covid 3 months back with CT value of 3. During covid I had little breathlessness and moderate cough. Now almost after 3 months, I am having breathlessness with little chest congestion and little pain on left side of chest when doing little brisk walking. Normally the SPO2 varies between 95-98. On 6 min walk, it remains at 96-98. I am worried if I have developed Pulmonary fibrosis but is it possible to have this after so many days? I do have anxiety issue as well, could this be a reason?

I had covid on 7th April with CT score of 4 Recovered from covid on 24th April. CT scan post recovery was normal, done on 1st May (Attached). Now I have developed shortness of breath with SPO2 ranging between 96-98. Very little chest pain on left side on brisk walking. Can lung fibrosis develop even after CT scan being normal post covid?

Hi doctor My husband got covid on May 6th 2021... But even today he is having cough... Complaining about phlum in troat... He had 2 medicines for cough during covid recovery... 1 grilinctus syrup 2 tab montair fx for 7 days Though the frequency of cough is 5-6 a day... But still he is complaining about phlum in his throat... Please suggest what to do.. and whom to consult... Or can I ignore this cough?

Post covid..I started feeling chest heaviness and that mostly occurs by evening...have gastric problem as well...apart from heaviness I am not experiencing any pain or breathing problem..my gastroenterologist suggested to do breathing exercise and meditation.. though when I feel heaviness I take Ulgel A...which I have taken almost one and half months... please advise on chest heaviness.

Iam 32 year male . height 5'11" and weight-115 kg.Feeling shortness of breath sometimes and sometimes can't catch my long breath.cbc ,urea creatinine,colestrol sugar bp all are normal.but still feeling like breathing issues.no cough no fever , shortness of breath is possible to lung cancer?? really scared for this

Observation post 3 months of covid: My SPO2 varies between 94-99. Especially when I take deep breath, it goes 99. Else, it varies between 94-98. I do 6 min walk test everyday and it remains constant at 97-98. When taking rest , sometimes it goes to 94 with hand being bent at elbow, on straightening it goes 98. Possible reasons for this fluctuations? No cough, very little chest pain at times.

I have severe sleep apnea and need to go for gallbladder removal surgery under GA.. Can I go for it without risk if I start using CPAP every night.. I can hold my breath till 30 secs easily.. What can I do to improve my chances of a successful surgery? Please help

I do a lot and running like jogging and abs exercise and also play football. Is it bad for a lungs patients because I just had surgery 6 months back .
