Not Able to take Full breath while Walk
Dear Doctors , It's almost 3 Months passed when I severely infected with Covid . My lungs are 75% infected with covid and got breathing problem Spo2 dropped to 84 . Now my Spo2 is normal moveing around 97 to 99 . I done my X-ray lung patches are gone but GGO in left lower lung . I feel not able to get deep breath while walking . Is there any solution for it?

As ur O2 saturation is normal ,need not worry continue doing Deep breathing exercises and spirometry along with protein and nutrients rich diet

It will take 3 months for the lungs to heal.every thing will become normal,slowly. Do not strain unnecessarily.

Nothing to worry. It will resolve fully on its own in some time. But please continue deep breathing exercises and Pranayama.
