Chest & Breathing Problems

My SGOT level is 91 , SGPT level is 145 and Globulin level is 3.9 after starting the medication of tuberculosis(10 th day). What is the next step then?

Continuous Cough This question is for my father. He is around 65. From last 2-3 years suddenly he starts coughing continuously and sometimes it will stop and again sometime it will start.Coughing is intense,It's totaly dry cough. what should I do.which test will reveal the real cause.he doesn't smoke.please guide.He has consulted many doctors but in vain. Cough stops for sometime but will start again.please guide.

My dad has been very sick and weak lately . Last march he started having fever but due to lockdown we couldn't do any check properly, when there were less restrictions we did typhoid test which he was positive for it . He kept having fever and  weakness plus loss of appetite increase . We gave him some medicine for the typhoid and he felt good. After a week or so, he started having dry cough with fever and constant weakness . Cough so bad that he gets chest pain and face breathing issues after coughing . The cough issues is past 4 weeks now . His Detroit health and loss of appetite is a big concern . We took him recently to a liver specialist and he said it's nothing related to liver as we thought it could be because he was an alcoholic . Any suggestions or help would be appreciated, or is it tuberculosis ? I tried to reached some doctors but it's not possible to take him to hospital currently due to some personal reasons.

I got this problem after Covishield 1st dose, & I was fully fit before that. After 2 days of vaccine fever and some medicines I was fine for around 10 days, but then phlegm started month back and I immediately consulted doctor after feeling suffocation one day (month back), who prescribed Prednisolone 10mg BD, Montair LC, Pantop DSR (blood reports had 1.45 D dimer earlier, which is < 0.27 now. Also Bilirubin total was1.9. My RT PCR came negative, but I did not get CT scan). Got relief for a week after medicines, but phlegm is back again now with constant urge to spit. No other symptoms apart from phlegm, tiredness & sometimes a little suffocation. Have tried all home remedies like turmeric hot water, mulethi, ginger & honey, gargles, Ayurvedic medicines, prescribed medicines etc but I am not getting permanent relief. One odd day I feel better and the other day it's again back. Worst thing is I don't even know what the issue is and why it all happened after vaccine. Please guide/ help.

I have breathlessness in last 3 months,when I rest I fill short of breath but when I runing did not fill, in my lower portion of chest heaviness, Always difficult to talk, please help me ,what am I do in this situation.

Felling breathless and suffocation most of the time.sometimes pressure in chest also..My ESR 48.sugar 90.facing breathing difficulty.its coming going for last 1 month..my Oxygen level 99percent

I has been a smoker for almost 5 years and now have quit smoking but my symptoms are not going with time.. what can be done to clear my airways amd relieve irritation in chest. There is no shortness of breath but phelgm discharge bis heavier than normal in the morning. Any treatment or procedure that i need to follow ?

I hv diagonosed with TB not MDR. What are the routine test Doctor will prescribe throughout the treatment process?

I am a copd patient having medicine MontekAB, Esiflo250,Tiate inhaler. I was covid negetive on 5 th June. Last few days I was suffering from cold and snizzing like water from my nose. After having sinarest tablet thrice daily snizzing is cure but coughing started. It feels cough in the chest and oxygen level down to 90. Seek help.

Grandma is in icu for 30 days till now ,with niv support she is fully vaccinated (covaxin) , she has sugar and bp doctors say treatment will be continued if we wish , I don't know what to do is there at least 1 percent chance of survival
