Breathing issue post Covid

Hello Team, I had fever for almost 12 days (starting from 18th April) and maximum temperature was 103.5. All the symptoms were related to covid like loss of taste, loss of smell, breathing problems, weekness and continuously headache but my covid reports are showing negative.  Later on I was hospitalised for 1.5 days and with the help of medicines, my fever was gone. Post that I still have breathing problems. I can't inhale a deep breath. Even if I do a little work, I breath heavily. It's been a month time when I returned from hospital but this problem still exists. Please suggest what should I do and what kind of doctor I should proceed with . Regards, Manish
