About spirometry test
For the job pre-employment test, I did my spirometry test, and as a result, the doctor wrote as mild restriction can anyone tell me if these will result in UNFIT

Yes looks like you have not blown properly. It doesn't mean you're unfit. You need a detailed evaluation.
