Symptoms are not controlled even with oral/systemic steroids u have to get evaluated further immediately as u can land up with acute severe asthma

You can use inhalers. Detailed history is needed. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken. You can take inj deriphylline. But Pl consult for evaluation.
