Hello I was diagnosed with hitus hernia GRED with Esophagatis (LA gradeA) severe Antral Gastritis mild duodenitis hitus hernia issue. I finish h pylori kit and later did not review with test again. This was completed year back now some time I feel upper stomach fullness and bloating and burbing, mild inflammation in upper side of stomach which is constant after I was diagnosed with GRED issue. Please suggest do I need to redo test again endoscopy or do I need to test for h pylori reoccurance check

I often experience pain in my abdomen and legs in the evening due to gas, even after eating a light meal. This has been happening frequently for the last couple of months.

Dear Doctor, I would like to seek your advice regarding my 80-year-old father. In 2025, he was admitted to the same hospital with heavy breathing and discomfort in his lower chest and upper abdomen. He was diagnosed with acute gastritis, and we were told that his breathing difficulty could be related to the gastric problem. In 2026, he was admitted again with almost identical symptoms, including heavy breathing and chest discomfort, but without pain or cramps in his chest, jaw or arm. This time, he was diagnosed with acute left ventricular failure (LVF). We are confused as to why similar symptoms led to different diagnoses on these two occasions. He continues to experience these episodes, particularly after lunch and his afternoon sleep. Could you please advise whether these recurring symptoms could be related to gastritis or acid reflux, or a cardiac condition ?

My 80-year-old father has recurrent episodes of rapid breathing and restlessness, mainly in the evening after lunch and afternoon sleep. He was hospitalized previously with severe breathlessness, diagnosed with acute LVF, and underwent coronary angiography. No angioplasty or repeat bypass was advised. He had bypass surgery 20 years ago. His oxygen saturation remained 98–99% during hospitalization. He also has chronic acidity, constipation, and a history of gastritis. Dytor 10 mg, previously prescribed SOS, was restarted recently as symptoms returned. Could these episodes be cardiac, pulmonary, or gastrointestinal in origin? Why does he remain relatively normal during the first half of the day? What further tests, treatment, or medication adjustments are recommended?

My father, age 76, has been vomitting since the morning. He cannot keep down any food or medication. I managed to give him ondem. He had his gallbladder removed 6 months ago. He started heaving early in the morning, then threw up yellow bile. Since then he threw up medicines n even 2 spoons of food.

Nissan Fundoplication done 3 year back, past 1 month heavy acid reflux stomach pain, my question is , if it is fails nissan fundoplication can I go for another surgery is possible or not, let me know plz, surgery nissan fundoplication done in other state, prestly I was staying in Bangalore, which surgery is possible is there a option or not let me know plz. I was awaiting for ur request, I cannot able control acid reflux plz.. if there is a any alternative surgery or not for this.

I have a history of anxiety disorder. I am in great pain from past months. Please help me. I don't know what to do now I have been thinking the pain will go away but it comes back again and again when anxiety kicks in I feel severe dehydration also

Hi, I am 26 years old. I already eat a very little, I dont even feel like eating, I am working out, taking protein but yet not able to lose weight. Why?

I am a vegetarian. I eat only home cooked food. Breakfast is the only meal which does not give me pain. After lunch and dinner my stomach bloated even if I eat only 2 chapati. My height is 5"4 and my weight is 82Kg. I have a few fat lumps on one arm just below elbow. I feel great cravings to eat when I'm hungry and I regreat eating instantly after eating. I have previously reduced my weight to about 74Kg by skipping meals for 5-6 days. Now I want to reduce my weight to 70 Kg.

I feel lack of appetite since 3-4 days, but today I feel gassy and having loose stool and gassy burps, I had an tooth surgery for which I was on pain killers since last 6-7 days, also I had wet cough. I never had gastic problems, is this something related for liver function, shall I go for LFT? I am taken eno, pudinhara and digene but nothing work so I took a pantop 40 before dinner.
