I believe i was diagnosed with fatty liver grade 1 before..and It was cured with Nux vaumica 30...but again facing issues like irritation on right abdomen, slight burning sensation only after having heavy food or oily food. Even 4 am also bowel happens. Should I again take Nux vaumica 30 or chelladium ? Or i should visit a homeopathy again..? Note that i have stopped alcohol..complete only 8% beer occasionally.

Last one month I have constipation and Last 1 week I feel periodically dizziness. Yesterday I have sift my room. Today Morning I have feel dizziness and weakness. Morning 10 am I have taken estmetil MD one tab ORS.

I have IBS like anxiety sleeping issues when I sleep suddenly I get anxiety and I get up why is it soo my stomach feeling like urge to toilet heart races fast feel dizzy breathlessness why is it when i slp my stools are also not firmed it's powdered type

I am having a burning sensation in my throat along with a non regular bowel movement on top of that I got a hammorhoid which is complicating things more. I think the burning sensation is cause of LPR (silent reflux) and now I am facing bowel issue to top that. I am looking for some opinion about this and some help if possible to cure at home.

I am having frequent loose strols from last 3 months sometimes just loose and sometimes very loose also I have a pain in my lower left side of abdomen. Stool microscopy and fecal calprotectin was normal. Haemoglobin 12.5 iron panel was also normal, ultrasound shows fatty liver grade 1/2 and pcom can anyone please tell me why my loose stools are not going away

Ive been facing nausea and loss of appetite and before that also had constipated hard stools since 2 days.And i took pantap d for it too yet i couldn't find much improvement so what can help me for loss of appetite?

I had eaten outside NonVeg dinner yesterday, from today morning onwards I had loose motions (watery) about 3 times and from then I have had continuous stomach cramps every 30-45minutes (hurts very bad) and some gas passes I feel good till next cramp. I feel burning sensation at the upper back sometimes right side and left side. Indigestion is there since last 2 days and burning 15 days. Stools are hard but in normal colour. Recommend test other than endoscopy to rule out the cause

I’ve had PCOD for the past 9 years and have tried birth control, myo-inositol, diet changes, and other treatments, but nothing seems to have helped. My weight keeps increasing, and it’s been two years since I stopped all medication. Since then, my symptoms seem to be getting worse. Should I consult an endocrinologist or a gynaecologist? What would actually help at this stage?
