From last 1 week I have a feeling of nausea more during the food time,after eating or drinking water there is sudden increase in my abdominal fat. There is no vomiting only feeling of vomiting is there. Have taken Bandy Plus 12 tablet,Ranidom tablet plus unienzyme for 3 days. Due to this there is sudden decrease in my food intake. Also have performed blood test for LFT -SGPT =30 SGOT= 24 Thanks

Hello, I'm a 21 year old female. Current weight is 73 kgs, height is 5ft 2 in. I have been on and off on diets and excercise due to exam seasons but otherwise regular but still only lost around 2.6 kgs of weight since January. I want to know about GLP1 medication for weight loss. I have been consistent in strength training and cardio, still I cannot see any results. Have not taken any tests. I'm tired of all of this and by not seeing any results please help me out.

I had biryani on Friday and after that i got too much gas and puked that night , now m sometimes m having blood in stool (very less not excess) plus my stomach is always gassy , symptoms have reduced but still its there . i have dybosis (destroyed gut bacteria in my gut) so hard antibiotics like metro cannot be taken (if someone can help me with probiotics along with metro to be supported)

I have been having on and off gut issues. Had h pylori in May for which I took treatment. Since then I have on and off bloating or acidity that comes and goes. I was on vonogress 20 till June 15. I resumed again taking it on 1st August followed by itorihenz 50 twice a day. The doctor suggested taking vonogress continuously for 10 days then take it alternate days and then once in 3 days. For itorihenz, I need to take for 5 days twice a day then once a day for 10 days. What are the possible side effects? I had some stomach cramping which made me pass fast and mushy stool this morning. The cramping stopped after that. Is it ok to take these medications ?

Hello Doctor, I have been having stomach problems for the last 3 days. Symptoms: - On the first night, I had one episode of completely watery diarrhea. - The next day, I had loose stools twice. - Today, since morning, I have already passed stool 3 times. - I still feel the urge to pass stool even after going. - I have abdominal cramps/stomach pain and acidity. - Yesterday, my stool was slightly greenish, and today it is loose/soft. - I do not have fever, vomiting, or blood in the stool. Food history: - I ate tamarind pickle, spicy food, and food prepared with old refrigerated thecha. - Last night I ate masala brinjal-potato curry, tomato curry, and chapati. Other history: - This type of stomach upset happens about 2 times a month. - If I delay my meals and become very hungry, my acidity becomes worse. - I took Nomepra-D for acidity and one medicine from a local medical store for diarrhea. I have been experiencing persistent stomach discomfort for more than a month. An ultrasound revealed a 2.1 mm kidney stone, and I was also diagnosed with early-stage PCOS. I completed a course of antibiotics, but my symptoms have not improved completely. I have been constipated for 3 days , motion is not free, stomach pain near belly button upper side , gripping pain, that pain is not spearding any other side .i take duphlac syrup 10 ml once a day ,and I'm using pregain tablets for disc bulge in c- spine pain , How much duphlac syrup can I take in one day ??
