For few days, I am feeling Gastric issues. My stomach remains always bloated and heavy with little bit of pain and I am feeling uncomfortable and frequently belching occurs . Sir/Ma'am, what may be the reason for this and which medication should I take?? Kindly help me out.

She experiences a feeling of nutrient malabsorption and general weakness during these episodes, but her bowel habits normalize completely into well-formed stools whenever she rests and adheres strictly to a home-cooked bland diet. She currently does not exhibit any major red-flag symptoms such as a high-grade fever, severe localized abdominal pain, visible blood in the stool, but she definitely had some sudden weight loss and her cheeks look so flat and in pain it seems. What is the problem and how to rule out Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS-D) or food intolerances.

I was prescribed Esogress-IT before breakfast and Esogress-D before dinner. I am taking Pentate-IT (pantoprazole + itopride) instead of Esogress-IT. Is it safe to take Pentate-IT in the morning and Esogress-D in the evening for 10 days, since both contain PPIs?

In lipid profile, Cholesterol 141 , triglycerides 153 , LDL 61 , HDL 50 . In KFT uric acid 7.7 . And except this all are normal . In urine microalbumin 54 , creatinine 91 , Ratio 59.34 TSH 1.91 , prolactin 15.32 AMH 4. 34 Total and free testosterone 0.71 Hb 11 My Lmp 27 march for 7 days. Today 16 august. Done USG which is shown Bilateral ovaries with polycystic morphology. My weight 110 kg height 5'6" bp 140/80 . Dr. Give me Deviry 10 mg per day for 10 days. Can I take it for my condition? Is it safe for my liver ?
