Hi sir I'm suffering from lactose intolerance,when ever I take lactose filler contains tablet I get extreme unbearable gas and bloating even tablets like PPI and all other tablets so to overcome this problem can I take yamoo/lactaid enzyme please help me

Doctor can I please get your response. My wife is having multiple gallbladder stones max 4-5mm in size. 3 days back 1 stone size 4mm got stuck in CBD. It was there for some time but then got released on its own as 1 day later EUS test found no stone in CBD. But it caused mild pancreatitis with Amylase/Lipase 3500/15000. There was fever for few hours but then reduced. Yesterday the  levels were down as 1000/4000 with no other symptom except mild pain on pressure upon pancreas. My question to you is our surgeon advised 5 to 6 days rest before doing gallbladder removal. He needs pancreas to be 100% cool. But we are afraid of another stone passing and cause pain episode as it is unbearable pain. Pls advise is the doctor right or we can go for another doctor who can plan earlier GB removal in 2-3 days.

For the last 2 months, I have constant heaviness and fullness in the stomach. Even after passing stool, my abdomen feels full and tight. Appetite is very low and whatever I eat feels like it stays in the stomach for many hours, as if digestion and intestinal movement are very slow. Food feels “stuck”, and gas forms but does not pass easily. Even drinking water causes heaviness in the lower abdomen. I often see undigested food particles in stool, and by dinner time it still feels like lunch is sitting in the stomach. Mild abdominal discomfort at times, with occasional rectal itching. Due to poor digestion/absorption, I feel weakness, dizziness, cold hands, fatigue, hair fall, and a drained or feverish feeling after meals. Weight is reducing as I cannot eat enough. Eating eggs caused extreme heaviness and a blocked feeling in the stomach. I was on a liquid diet for about a month, and symptoms started when I restarted normal food. I recently had Hepatitis A. Went to a Gastroenterologist, these medicines : Secnil Forte + Nizonide gave huge relief but symptoms regained again post course. Doctor suggested Colonoscopy as I have incomplete feeling post bowel, and have to go frequently after every meal (almost an hour later post lunch). But i doubt if a colonoscopy is required hence went to another GI, and got prescribed Rifaximin, Sompraz 40 and IBSet (IBSet worsened my Gas & Flatulence). I have gas and flatulence dominant IBS.
