I usually have constipation. But since sometime I have hard stool stuck at rectrm end which is not coming out on its own. I used glycerine suppository and lexapeg. One dose but still same.

Today I consulted for weight loss . The doctor suggested me to go for mournjaro injection for 6 months. I am not sure how safe it is to take these injections since I don't know it's short term and long term side effects. Will it be fine to go for these injection and what is the probability that weight gain may not occur Again. Please advise.

It feels as if passing a little more stool would relieve the pressure, but no more stool comes out. I also have a dull aching pain and a feeling of pressure or tightness inside the rectal/anal area. My stool is generally soft, and I do not have bleeding

I am a 30-year-old male experiencing frequent acidity and digestive discomfort for the past few weeks. I often feel a burning sensation in the stomach and chest, especially after eating spicy, oily, or heavy meals.
