CT Contrast IMPRESSION: Multiple well marginated soft tissue nodules and masses of variable sizes in bilateral lung parenchyma, with a dominant nodule in right lower lobe - pulmonary metastases may be considered Mild centriacinar emphysematous changes in bilateral lung parenchyma. Few prominent / mildly enlarged bilateral hilar nodes. > Minimal pericardial effusion. > Small hiatus hernia. PET CT IMPRESSION: FDG avid poorly marginated mass in medial basal segment of right lower lobe infiltrating oblique fissure with minimal extension into right middle lobe- likely lung carcinoma/ metastasis FDG avid bilateral pulmonary nodules - likely metastases FDG avid mediastinal lymph nodes - suspicious for metastases FDG avid nodules in bilateral adrenal glands - likely metastases Non FDG avid ill-marginated enhancing lesion in left parietal lobe - metastasis (adv: MRI correlation) Biopsy says Pulmonary Adenocarcinoma. Please help me knowing the stage and severity.

Blood in stool 3 times in 2 months and it is seen light Red color, first time in come like streaks on faeces and now it come in drop form(5-7 drop) after faeces and some blood mix with faeces and and little mucus come in the end of faeces( white viscous liquid like nasal discharge), I have constipation and after passing stool or while passing stool burning sensation feel for 1-2 hours, urge of latrine again and again, in one time stool is not pass full, not satisfied

For my wife Tuesday operation is done on the upper superficial  right parotid glance and it's removed. Sample taken for biopsy . I have attached the biopsy report. Can please check and tell me normal or cancerous . Please.

Hello, my mom had gone spine surgery in June 2022, when tumor was identified in her upper spine. Post which chemo initiated for 6 cycles of 6 days after every 21 days. The last PET scan report conducted in Nov 2022 mentioned that there was complete remission. However we were advised to go for a bone marrow transplant (which we opted not to go for given the low success rate and not put mom through this again). Since Mar 2023, mom was in constant pain and was loosing her balance in between. We met our ortho Dr, who suggested medicines. The pain did not subside post which MRI was instructed, which indicated the cancer had relapsed and within couple of days, she lost sensation around her legs and is partially paralysed waist down. The suggestion now is to go for another spine surgery involving the spine and then bone marrow. Given that she can't walk/sit/stand. I am not sure if we should go for it. Also we have been advised that she will not be able to walk again. Pleaseee advice

My Sister is undergoing Chemotherapy after successful Mastectomy. But so far there is no hair loss. Why isn't she losing her hair with Chemo? Is it an indication that Chemo is not working? Please help me.
