I need someone who can help me with my breast cancer project on the real life stories and their how its checked and what are its symptoms

My father in law (70 yrs) suffered renal cell carcinoma 3 yrs ago which has now metastasized to lung (small low grade nodules on lobes). He has been prescribed sutent by Pfizer as indian sutent drugs have more severe side-effects. But the Pfizer drug is very expensive, so wanted to know if indian sunitinib tablets are really not worth taking. Also side effects of the drug and how to procure the drug at low cost

Recently my sister was diagnosed with angiosarcoma in her right breast. Her MRI, Ultrasound and PET CT scan results showed that the cancer was not spread to other parts & doctors said nothing to worry. Her PET CT scan report says - "no evidence of distant metastasis is observed" but in the same PET CT it says an increased FDG uptake(Physiological)is seen in Ovaries and bone marrow. What does it mean? Can You clarify it? Currently she has undergone mastectomy.

Dear sir see the report for blood cancer whether I should do it again or not, because my wbc is increaing continously.

If anybody can explain this report pls.. and also if there is any surgery required or can be cured by medicines..

Earlier I had chest pressure, was passing black stools. But it has now resolved..now there is just hoarseness and a need to clear my throat and when I have noodles especially, I find it hard to swallow. Do I have esophageal tumour?

Does contrast ct scan of Thorac abdomen and pelvis can identify esophageal cancer even if it is minor and ct scan was taken before that they had asked to drink water with something added in it. Can you tell me does it detect esophageal cancer??

Does Contrast ct scan of chest detect esophageal cancer?? And chest x ray as well can detect esophageal cancer??
