Hello I'm 23 Male Height 173 cm , weight 63 kg Today I'm experiencing blood in my stool , no pain or itching when I passing stool . Could this be a sign of cancer .

How the blood is seen Is the blood seen mixed with your faces Or is it found as streaks on the outside of your faces Or is it coming as drops after you pass you faces Is there any mucus (white viscus liquid like nasal discharge) seen with you faeces? Is there any mass coming down ( any features of haemorrhoids) ?
