Age-25. 1. Background shows moderate inflammation and smear shows superficial, intermediate and few parabasal squamous cells in PAP SMEAR(non neoplastic finding). 2. NILM (Negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy. What does it mean? Any kind of yeast/bacterial infection. HPV is not detected. In sept there was ASCUS in Pap smear. I hope it is clear now. Can someone please explain.

Hello Doctor, Could you please review my annual blood report and let me know if there are any posibilities of polycythemia? I am in middle of my IVF but feeling v disturbed and scared to continue. I am facing imbalance issue while walking and have visited ENT and neurosurgeon who rules out vertigo and neurological issues. I am facing this issue from more than 6 months now. Apart from blood test i have done ecg, 2d echo and chest xray all are normal . Can i continue my IVF cycle?

I've been having hot or warm face and mouth for about a month without any apparent reason. I have sleeping at night because my face get so hot and i have to change sides of pillow to cool off . However,  I checked my temperature and it's around 98.4 . My father's younger brother died of cancer 4 years back. Do i have to test for cancer marker? What would you suggest the name of the test be? What should I do?
