Blood in stool 3 times in 2 months and burning sensation in anus, blood is light colour, not dark red or black, I am facing constipation last 4-5 years, it is piles or something else please help

How the blood is seen
Is the blood seen mixed with your faeces
Or is it found as streaks on the outside of your faeces
Or is it coming as drops after you pass you faeces
Did you get your stool tested ?
Is there any mucus ( white viscus liquid like nasal discharge) seen with you faeces?
Is there any mass coming down ( any features of haemorrhoids ) ?
