Blood on stool

One month ago I had a blood on stool then I didn't have any recurrence ... Gastro did a procto scopy did find nothing.
For reference sakei took rectal mri .
Kindly please help with diagnosis

Iam Thejeswar. Iam Medical and Hematooncologist.
Bleeding in stool can be due to many reasons. Good that your proctoscopy was normal. MRI was done. Radiologists are the right person to comment on MRI as we clinicians will miss some abnormalities on MRI especially pelvic MRI. Please share the report of MRI
