You need to be evaluated. Meet medical gastroenterologist to get colonoscopy and maybe upper GI endoscopy too. If any abnormalities noted, then may consider CECT abdomen too. It may turn out to be inflammatory bowel disease. Malignancy also needs to be ruled out.
