Painless white spot on side of tounge
Dr. I am attaching my tongue picture please check and confirm whether it is normal or something else.
I have a painless white spot on right side of tounge totally painless from last 6 months and I have gone to one ent and dentist no one prescribed me any test.
Please check whether it is normal or not.

This could be Oral leukoplakia- which a pre cancerous lesion .
Treatment for this is
First line of treatment - remove the irritant cause - that is stop smoking or using tobacco products. That will usually help this lesion heal
If not healed by that , then we will be considering other modalities of treatment.
