Concerned about radiation from HRCT ches
I am 33 years old female. I have got 2 HRCT chest done in last 1.5 years. I had severe chest pain on right side and they found accessory muscle along the right of sternum. People scare that HRCT can cause cancer. Is it really true ?

Radiation doses in HRCT Thorax is very minimal that hardly can cause cancer. Don’t worry
