HRCT thorax
I am 34 years old female.I have got 3 HRCT thorax scans. Two scans were done during covid and one scan was after 2 years. Have they really increased the risk of breast cancer ?

No it will have very minimal impact only on predisposition to developing a cancer .
Keep in mind it’s always better to keep the dose as low as possible so always avoid unnecessary investigations not recommended my a qualified medical practitioner.
At present , the radiation your received from a HRCT is way less than any limit that increases your risk so no need to worry about it and no need to do any aggressive screening for breast cancer in view of this .
