Sir i did one HRCT (High resolution ct scan of the thorax) in 2020...then another scan in july 2023 and again after 10 months i did another HRCT of the thorax in 2024 ......total 3 HRCT thorax done... i have read about radiation in CT scans..and in HRCT more radiation is used.... Sir i am afraid of the side effects of the 3 scans i have done.....Please guide me....i am worried

No need to worry at present. However, avoid getting unindicated scans done in the future.

Do not worry . As the effective dose of radiation you received by 3 scans is still very less.

Avoid getting HRCT scans regularly.
