What does it mean, if the Ultra Sound report says "few Benign Right Axillary lymph nodes" for a Breast Cancer patient? Does that mean Cancer has spread to distant parts? But the MRI scan says " No enlarged or swollen right axillary lymph nodes & mammary lymph nodes." I am attaching You the reports.

The lesion found in breast , is significant and need biopsy to confirm the diagnosis.
The lymph nodes that are mentioned in this report are not significant- they are probably due to inflammation that is associated with the cancer , and not due to cancer as such . So it’s not suggesting a spread of cancer to the lymph nodes .
These are based on the ultrasound appearance of the lymph nodes , so when you did a scan by MRI they might have already subsided or may not have mentioned since they were not significant.

Lymph nodes on USG are benign means they are not suggestive of cancer spread. It is most commonly seen in normal people too. MRI is more sensitive imaging than ultrasound. If MRI shows no lymph nodes means it doesn’t spread to lymph nodes it is present only in Brest.
