Hi doctor,
Please advise on the report attached, my Father in law has a lymph node near neck took fnac and attached report pls advise on result.

Your father has been diagnosed with type thyroid cancer . This is a diagnostic test for particular type of cancer and it’s proven . The cancer have spread to a near by lymph node also.
The good thing is this sort of thyroid cancers have very good prognosis - you will need total removal surgery followed by therapy with radio iodine .
This have excellent prognosis if proper treatment is done .
