Kindly guide with future steps after recent cancer surgery Procedure done: total gastrectomy Tumor site Body and antrum Histologic type : Adenocarcinoma with mucinous differentiation Histologic grade G3 moderately differentiated Tumor size :greatest dimension 4 cm Additional dimension 1.5*1cm pTNM stage pT3N0Mx Post operative histopathology report: All resected margins free of tumor. 29 lymph nodes  removed all free of tumor No lymphovascular invasion perineural invasion identified. My query is 1.whether any adjuvant therapy is required in this case or surgery was enough? 2. Can radiotherapy be given as standalone ?

Hello All I have been having chest pain since 7 months all the cardiac test are normal .. consulted 3 Cardiologist they all said everything is normal related to heart but but suggested to do HRCT CHEST becoz the chest pain was still there... Hello respected doctor in may 3 i found my left breast is much bigger then right i think it is due to my mensturation it feel heavy,tender to touch,i goty period on May 8 and all tenderness and heaviness gone but the bigger size remain same i consult 3 gyanacologist all told me both breast look normal and my ultrasound is BIRAD 1 bu from upper side look i feel my left breast is bigger is it normal or what I don't understand but all gyanacologist said there is nothing abnormal but before March 3 my both breast are equal in size please suggest what can I do
