Asked for Male, 36 Years

Please doctor my husband has mediastinal lymph node tuberculosis( diagnosed by ebus )1 year ago and finished medicine in January after repeat CECT. This is my follow-up x-ray after 6 months of medicine. Is this alright doctor? Is there anything abnormalities in lymph node or any thing, my husband has sometimes cough, like 5 to 6 times , nd sometimes tickling sensation in throat nd did one pft test also

Hi, I am Thejewar. I am an Internal Medicine Physician and Medical oncologist. X-ray looks fine to me with good exposure. To say exactly about lymph nodes we need CECT. PFT looks like mild restriction but it depends mostly on the patient's effort during the test. If he is fine and symptoms improved no need to worry much. Consult your physician. He can guide u better.
