Cancer Care and Treatment

My mother was feeling lump on her right breast from past 5 days. It was bit painful and reddish. Had a consultation with an experienced gaenocologist . She suggested it's nothing suspicious and gave medication for 5 days related to infection. My mother has taken the medication for 3 days and she feels the lump is getting  smaller with no pain. Her Age is 49 years. Diabetics patient Should we go for test??

My mother have breast cancer(right side and has been removed 1.5 years ago)she is on letrozole 2.5 mg daily. Now she has some pain and heveness of other breast when she touches. She undergone mammography and ultrasound and reports are normal. So what is the reason of that pain and heveness is it side effect of medicine???or her misconception.

Hi doctors, I want to know what are the symptoms of this type of chordoma? Also, 1. I have pain in the cleft region tissue, reduces with painkillers but comes back. I am sure it's not bone pain. Can that be pilonidal disease? 2. In chordoma, when you palpate the bone, does that feel tender or not? I have pressed the bone there is no pain tho. Please help me answer these questions as i am outside India and unable to meet a doctor. Getting a lot scared and anxious as this tenderness is not going away after 2-3 weeks. Or is it not going because i keep putting my finger there and try to search for any cyst or tumour there, does doing that inflames that area?

Did breast change occur during the early stage of adult hood like 17 age and what is the changes that occur in that phase

23  M One month ago I had a blood on stool then I didn't have any recurrence ... Gastro did a procto scopy did find nothing. For reference sakei took rectal mri . Kindly please help with diagnosis I have attached my mri image here .

My Aunt, she was suffering from on off cold/fever since past month. Yesterday she had her face and stomach swollen. She was rushed to emergency and they did some bloodwork and found that she has some kind of infection and also there’s a mass in her lungs via xray. She will be going for biopsy on Monday but we are scared about cancer. Does lung cancer show such symptoms?

Have had a ct scan of my whole spine . What is the risk Of cancer. Report was normal. It was a contrast study .

So, 2-3 weeks back i had a tear like thing on my butt cleft, it was itchy. Then post that, i am having soreness on the muscle area there. I googled it and came across two things pilonidal disease and chordoma. Both of which as terrifying me. I tried pressing the bone there it doesn't hurt, tried bending extreme backwards and a push on sacrum it doesn't hurt. But when I squeeze my buttocks, the muscle on top of the butt cleft hurts. And to check if there is any mass or not, i keep pressing and rubbing the buttocks area to ensure there's no mass that signifies chordoma, even pressed the tailbone but no pain or mass. I cannot go to gp as in uk i have to wait for 2 mnths for appointment. Btw in the previous process of irritating the tissue there, the entire area gets sore. Please help me if this looks or sounds like chordoma symptoms, i am too much scared now :(. But if it was chordoma the bone would've cause extreme pain right? Please help me
