Is there any chances of cancer being spread through endoscopes or colonoscope , if the last person who went for endoscope in lab  was found esophagus cancer . Can tissue or blood exchange can cause contamination for the next patient who is going for endoscope

Breast milk insufficent & breast cancer

I wanted to know if there is any increased risk for new mothers of breast cancer who are suffering from low milk supply after first one month of delivery or could not continue breast milk feeding due to insufficinet breast milk supply, will this increase future breast cancer risk for the mothers? Kindly answer.

Sir , what the results of the report, please explain. *Ring enhancing cystic intraparenchymal lesions of size 2.2 x 1.9 cm in right basifrontal lobe, ~3.7 x 2.8 cm and -1.2 x 1 cm in right parietal lobe, -3.9 x 2.8 cm in left frontal lobe, -2 x 1.8 cm and -1.6 x 1.5 cm in left parietal lobe are visualized with surrounding mild vasogenic edema. Mild mass effect on body of left lateral ventricle. Nodular solid enhancing lesion of size - 1.7 x 1.3 cm with mild surrounding vasogenic edema visualized in right thalamus and cerebral peduncle. Small enhancing lesion of size 5.4 x 4 mm visualised in right cerebellar hemisphere. The sellar and parasellar regions are normal. Rest of the ventricular system is normal. Bilateral IAM & 7th & 8th nerve appear normal. Intracranial vessels and dural venous sinuses show normal flow signal. The C.V. junction is normal. Visualised Paranasal sinuses & orbits are unremarkable. IMPRESSION: Multiple enhancing supra and infratentorial brain parenchymal

Family history of Cancer

Hello, My grandmother died of cancer in her stomach region (I do not know the name of the exact location where her cancer was present, but it was not esophagus). Now, my mother is in her 40s and does NOT have cancer till now. My father also has no history of cancer till now though he is now in his 70s. Do I need to worry about Cancer due to my grandmother's history? Please answer.

Breast burning sensation

Respected doctors I am dealing with burning sensation in right breast since 7 months and no other symptoms exactly a year ago I had preterm delivery and lost my babies ever since I have got anxiety and stress got 2 times usg breast including armpits both time they couldn't find anything and reports were normal but am worried as I googled it showed burning breast is a sign of cancer ! I don't have any symptoms apart from burning sensation I have left all hopes in life and I feel I might die When should I repeat ultrasound again ? I am under deep stress since 1 year is it harmonal imbalance which is causing me this problem Pls clear my doubt Reply would ease my tension Thanks

Cancer growth seen at supraglotic region

Please kindly look at the report. Patient has no pre existing disease, no diabetes and no thyroid or high blood pressure. The patient feels uneasy to eat, so he was examined and found in the reports enclosed. The patient was not given a PET CT scan and the reasons are not provided. Howsoever after biopsy taken, the patient has no issue while gulping foods. CT scan reports suggest that malignant left AEF/PFS mass with extra larygeal section, necrotic level II node. There are few fibrotic nodes noted in the medial section of right middle lobe and bilateral basal lungs along with dependent ground glass densities in right lower lobes. Pls do kindly guide what type of questions should I asked before the concerned doctors since the tumor meeting will be held on Monday. Kindly guide us on the stage of cancer and is there any chance for curable stage? Please help us.
