This CT scan is suggestive of a ovarian neoplasm . From the CT scan I would it will be stage IIIB disease - this may need further confirmation by other supportive studies . Treatment plan for this patient will involve chemotherapy follow up interval cyto reduction surgery and then further chemotherapy . Treatment plan should be decided taking into account patients current health . Need to know the current status of the patient to give more opinion this . You can consult me if you need any clarification regarding my opinion or have any other doubts . For proving further information I need to in detail about the patient and her complaints.
