Benign breast cyst
Hi doctors since I am dealing with right breast burning sensation I had got breast usg in December 2022 where they found 0.2mm birads2 cyst since I have fear of cancer I repeated usg again in February where the radiologist couldn't find cyst &she said it's collapsed but my burning sensation didn't solve I deal this only in right breast so today I repeated scan radiologist said the cyst looks same asked to move on in life ,my query is when I did scan in Feb doctor said collapsed &today he says it's there as they are 2 different doctors who did in Feb &today.I don't have any symptom except burning feeling ,no history of breast cancer in family . I am attaching reports of both feb & today's am going mad as am not understanding if it got dissolved and formed again pls ease my doubt Am attaching reports of February 2023 & today scan reports Thanks in advance

No , it’s not a cancer or a cancer predisposing lesion . So you don’t need to worry about it and it doesn’t warrant any further investigation or increased frequency screening . Considering your age as 33 no routine screening is needed at your age . This type of cyst can appear and disappear which could be considered as physiology and it’s seen in many people mostly go unnoticed. If it’s associated any other symptoms or menstrual irregularities hormone studies could be considered . Otherwise a single cyst like this doesn’t warrant any further investigation and you don’t need to worry about it .
