My grandmother has 2 small and hard cysts under the armpits and her breast has become tight. Does this mean breast cancer. If yes, can she survive without treatment?

First thing you have to diagnose whether this a malignancy or not , I would advise your mother to undergo a bilateral mammogram. If proven cancer if we have very good treatments available to completely cure the disease , with excellent results in early stage of disease .
