Hi, Im a 27 year old female. Ive just found when I lay down with my arms raised that there is quite a noticable size lump (golf ball) in each of my armpits. One side is bigger than the other, they are both hard, immovable and painless. And I can feel squishly little pea size lumps in my skin near the lump. Is this a sign of breast cancer of lymphoma?

Can you describe how long have you been having this lump?? I am not sure if you have palpated it in right manner...you're supposed to feel it with your arm by your side and deep inside the axilla...
