I have noticed a lump on my right hand armpit about 6 months.it ' s not painful and cause no illness for me .now I am noticed another lump under same armpit near the first one.but this time it was painful . Please tell me the reason is it any type of cancer

Hi. Armpit lumps can be caused by fat deposition or because of lymph nodal enlargement.
Long standing lumps need to be examined further to rule out cancer.
Sudden onset of pain and new lumps need to be evaluated for any infection
Any family history of cancer needs to be considered

USG of both breasts.
