I got a lump under my armpits, from where puss is coming out. Like it has an opening and the lump is not painful and it is soft. It can be held with fingers.

Thanks for the detailed history shared .
I would recommend you to consult a general surgeon , and take advise from him . Most probably this will be a sebaceous cyst , which is actually an infected sweat gland ( skin appendage). This non cancerous swelling is the most common cause of infected swelling in underarm area .
